Bio
Varun Gupta is a second-generation entrepreneur in the glass industry with extensive experience in building, scaling and turning around manufacturing businesses. He has led the turnaround of loss-making glass operations, expanded manufacturing capacity, improved furnace productivity and developed new product segments across building, industrial and solar glass. More recently, he has been instrumental in setting up a 240 TPD solar glass manufacturing facility commissioned in September 2023. His experience spans manufacturing, project execution, business development and operational improvement.
