Bio
Mr. Siddharth Gupta is the Chief ExecuƟve of L&T Electrolysers Limited (LTEL). Prior to joining LTEL in Jan-2024, Mr. Gupta held several key posiƟons within L&T, such as the Chief ExecuƟve at L&T Howden Pvt. Ltd. and as General Manager & Head of Sales & Tendering at L&T MHI Power Boilers Private Limited (LMB).
Mr. Gupta brings extensive experience in the power sector and has closely witnessed its evoluƟon in India. He has worked closely with industry stakeholders and Government agencies, including the Central Electricity Authority (CEA), the Ministry of Power, and the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), facilitaƟng construcƟve engagement between industry and policymakers.
In addiƟon to his work in the power sector, Mr. Gupta is also supporƟng the development of policy and regulatory frameworks in the emerging green hydrogen space. He serves on various commiƩees and forums, including those under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, contribuƟng to discussions aimed at advancing the sector. He is also associated with efforts that encourage domesƟc manufacturing of electrolysers in line with India’s broader clean energy objecƟves.
Mr. Gupta holds a B-Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from MS University, Baroda. He is also an alumnus of One-year ExecuƟve Management Programme from Cornell University, USA.
