Shuboday Ganta is Director, Strategy & Transactions (SAT), Government & Public Sector (GPS) at Ernst & Young LLP. He has over 16 years of experience advising government and financial services stakeholders on planning and implementing transformational policy reforms that reduce investment risk and help energy transition technologies, including green hydrogen derivatives, be adopted at scale. He uses machine learning and advanced data science to test the complex trade-offs behind major decisions. His first-principles technical depth helps clients separate signal from noise in fast-moving markets such as solar and wind, advanced-chemistry batteries for energy storage, bioenergy, green hydrogen derivatives, small modular nuclear energy and passive energy efficiency. He holds a Bachelor of Technology and a Master of Technology in Civil Engineering from IIT Madras.
