Shivram Bikkina

Shivram Bikkina leads the consumer-facing renewable energy vertical at Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd., serving both B2B and B2C customer segments. As Chief – Rooftop Solar, BESS & EV Charging Business, he holds end-to-end responsibility for the division’s P&L and strategic growth across three high-impact clean energy businesses: rooftop solar, battery energy storage systems, and EV charging infrastructure.

Under his leadership, the business has scaled nearly tenfold over the last four years, reflecting his ability to build consumer-centric growth engines, strengthen execution capability, and expand clean energy adoption across diverse customer segments.

Shivram brings deep experience in managing large-scale consumer businesses across geographies including India and South Asia, with a career spanning across consumer durables and renewable energy. Prior to joining Tata Power, he spent 18 years with Whirlpool of India Ltd., where he held senior leadership responsibilities and led the South Asia business.

His leadership style combines strategic market building, operational discipline, customer orientation, and cross-functional collaboration—capabilities that have helped position the business for sustained growth in India’s evolving energy transition landscape.
