Shivani Rajendra

Shivani Rajendra is the International Project Manager at the Smart Energy Council, where she leads the India-Australia Rooftop Solar Workforce Skills project, an Australian Government-funded program developing national skill standards and qualifications for India’s rooftop solar workforce. Based in Perth, Western Australia, she manages delivery across a consortium of Australian and Indian training providers, universities, industry bodies and government partners, overseeing qualification development, industry validation, trainer capability building and in-country delivery across India.

She holds a Master of Public Policy and Governance and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations from the University of New South Wales, and brings a background in policy, stakeholder engagement and international cooperation, with a strong interest in building the skilled workforce needed for a fair and fast clean energy transition.
