Saurav Kumar Shah

Saurav Kumar Shah is Executive Director at Power Finance Corporation, where he leads implementation of the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme, one of India’s major power-distribution reform programmes. His work focuses on smart metering, distribution modernisation, and improving the operational and financial performance of power utilities. An Indian Police Service officer and Economics graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, he has worked across several public institutions and ministries, including Railways, Coal, Health, and Youth Affairs. At PFC, he supports technology-led reforms and utility-transformation initiatives.
