Mr. Sandeep K. Sharma is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 25 years of experience across the power, renewable energy, infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial sectors. He currently serves as Vice President – Finance, Treasury & M&A at Torrent Power Limited, where he is responsible for corporate finance, treasury, funding strategy, project & structured finance, capital allocation, strategic investments and mergers & acquisitions.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Sharma has held senior finance and commercial leadership positions in organisations associated with prominent business groups, including Tata, Shapoorji Pallonji, Kalpataru and Ispat. His professional experience spans renewable energy projects and strategic transactions across domestic and international markets.
He has managed engagements spanning more than 40 countries across six continents, providing him with extensive exposure to diverse commercial and regulatory environments in the conventional and renewable energy sectors.
