Bio
Roy Chan is an experienced sustainable finance professional. He joined CACIB’s Sustainable Investment Banking (SIB) team in 2022 and has made key contributions on the green structuring aspects in a range of milestone transactions in the Asia-Pacific region, including the first EU and Australia taxonomy aligned green bond in Australia, Greenko’s green bond, Republic of Indonesia SDG bond amongst many other bond and loan transactions.
Roy started his career in Capital Structuring and Distribution Group in Standard Chartered Bank, and subsequently moved to Rating Advisory, Debt Capital Market focusing on ASEAN and South Asia mandates.
Roy obtained a degree in BSc majoring in Mathematics and Economics from Nanyang Technological University
