Bio
Dr Rajeshwari Narendran is Ph.D. in Management & MBA. Andrew Towl Scholar- Harvard Business School (GloColl and CWW), Boston, USA & FDP IIM-A 2009. She has the distinction of being the first ever woman and youngest National President of Indian Society for Training & Development, New Delhi, India (2013-14). She is the first woman to be elected in any professional body in HR & Management across Asia.
Currently Heading the Executive Education at IIM Udaipur, she also is Visiting Professor to IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Jammu, IIM Bodhgaya and many Universities across the globe.
She formerly was Professor, Head, and Director MHRM in the Department Business Admin. M L Sukhadia University, Udaipur. To her credit she has guided 49 PhD including two post-doctoral and ten Fellow Program thesis.
She transformed Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad and NTPC School of Business, as Director. She has delivered Lectures and Trainings at Harvard Business School, UCLA, Los Angeles UPENN, Pennsylvania and A&M University, Texas as well.
