Pratik Lokhande

Pratik Lokhande is the Chief of Staff at Titan Engineering & Automation Limited (TEAL), a Tata Enterprise, where he leads the incubation of the company’s battery cell assembly-line business. He focuses on developing indigenous manufacturing equipment for advanced chemistry cells and strengthening India’s domestic supplier ecosystem. Previously, he served as CEO and Head of Strategy at Livaah Innovations, building a lithium-ion battery-pack and energy-storage business from the ground up. He has extensive experience across the battery value chain, including Li-ion and LFP battery packs, energy storage systems, solar applications, and electric mobility. At Livaah Innovations, he established a pan-India distribution network of over 100 EPCs and channel partners. He launched more than 10 product SKUs and contributed to projects involving solar home systems, hybrid inverters, and EV platforms. He has also led localisation initiatives and developed battery solutions for mobility and telecom applications. His expertise includes business strategy, new-business incubation, fundraising, and go-to-market development. He holds a Master’s in Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Cardiff University, UK, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from RCOEM, Nagpur. He has also completed a MicroMasters in Business Management from IIM Bangalore.
