Bio
Mr. Nilesh Jadhav is a hydrogen and clean energy professional with extensive experience in the development, deployment, testing, and commercialization of hydrogen and fuel cell technologies. He has led and supported several pioneering hydrogen projects in India spanning fuel cells, electrolyzers, hydrogen refueling infrastructure, and microgrid applications.
His key project contributions include the NTPC Hydrogen Refueling Station (HRS) at Leh, THDC Fuel Cell Microgrid Project, NTPC Fuel Cell Microgrid Project, development of a 1 MW Alkaline Electrolyzer, certification of electrolyzer stacks and systems for BHEL in accordance with international ISO standards, and certification of PEM Fuel Cell systems for BHEL as per IEC standards. He has also provided technical and commercial advisory services for multiple hydrogen production, hydrogen refueling station, and fuel cell projects across India.
In addition, Nilesh has been actively involved in the development of small-scale fuel cell and electrolyzer-based microgrid projects, including initiatives at NIT Rourkela, contributing to the advancement of indigenous hydrogen technologies and decentralized clean energy systems.
Nilesh is also the Founder of Hyperonic Engineering Private Limited, Pune, a technology company focused on the design, engineering, and manufacturing of Hydrogen Refueling Stations (HRS) and associated hydrogen infrastructure solutions. Through Hyperonic Engineering, he is working to accelerate the deployment of hydrogen mobility infrastructure and support India's transition toward a sustainable hydrogen economy.
