He leads Baker Hughes' operations across India and Indonesia and has over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, based in Gurugram,
His expertise spans drilling, completions, subsea systems, production technologies, and strategic, international business leadership.
Neeraj is actively involved in advancing energy-transition opportunities, including geothermal energy, deepwater developments, and other emerging energy solutions. He is a strong advocate for leveraging India's oil and gas capabilities, subsurface expertise, and technology base to accelerate commercial geothermal development.
He has authored several international papers, holds multiple international patents, and is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai with a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering.
