Bio
Naveen Parasmal Bohra is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer of the Company. He was previously associated with the Material Subsidiary from August 10, 2023 until July 31, 2026. He has been associated with the Company since August 1, 2026.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India. He was previously associated with Metro Wireless Engineering (India) Private Limited, Adani Power Maharashtra Limited, Ananya Designer, Biotech Vision Care Private Limited and ICICI Bank Limited.
He is responsible for managing the overall operations achieving the Company’s strategic and operational objectives and supporting the Company in its growth, governance, audit, regulatory and listing-related requirements. Since he was appointed in the Company in Fiscal 2027, he was not paid any remuneration by the Company. He received aggregate remuneration of ₹ 12.19 million from the Material Subsidiary during Fiscal 2026.
