Manoj Kumar Pundir

Manoj Kumar Pundir is Assistant Vice President – Skill Development & CSR at Aspire Disruptive Skill Foundation, Ahmedabad, with more than 20 years of experience delivering government, PSU and corporate-funded workforce programmes. He leads national delivery strategy, overseeing programme planning, budgets, institutional partnerships, compliance and the full training lifecycle from mobilisation to placement. He joined Aspire in 2015 as State Head for Gujarat and rose through the Associate General Manager and General Manager roles. Before that, he spent a decade at NIFA Infocomp Services in marketing, centre operations, regional management and business development. He has established 19+ skill training centres across northern and western India, led teams of 150+ professionals and built relationships with 150+ employers for hiring and on-the-job training. His experience spans PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NULM and MNRE/NISE Suryamitra, with technical skilling in solar, EV, healthcare and CNC. He works closely with MSDE, MNRE, NSDC and sector skill councils, and he is a recipient of the Best Employee Award at Aspire. He is committed to building scalable, industry-responsive training ecosystems that link public programmes and CSR investment to sustainable livelihoods and India’s clean-energy transition.
