Manisha Nair

Manisha Nair is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience driving strategic people initiatives, organizational transformation, and culture building across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. She currently leads Human Resources, Administration, and Corporate Communications at BluPine Energy, where she focuses on building future-ready organizations through strong people strategy, employee well-being, and digital-first HR practices.

Prior to BluPine, she held senior HR leadership roles at Alfanar, Ostro Energy (now part of ReNew Power), and Doosan, and has contributed to global human capital management initiatives in Singapore. Known for her empathetic yet governance-driven approach, she has built scalable HR systems, high-performance cultures, and practical people-first solutions that enable sustainable business growth.

A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Manisha has pioneered inclusive practices in traditionally male-dominated project ecosystems and championed community-led initiatives focused on women’s empowerment, skill development, and livelihood creation. Her work on Just Transition initiatives has positively impacted over 35,000 beneficiaries across project communities.

A recognized HR and DEI leader, Manisha serves as Co-Chair of the NSEFI WISE (Women in Solar Energy) Task Force and is an active contributor to industry discussions on women empowerment, just transition, and workforce development. She has been recognized with the ET Edge Women in Energy Award, WISE Samarthya Award 2026 for Corporate Leadership in Workforce Inclusion, and the HR Leadership Conclave Award by IIT Delhi. She holds a Master’s degree in HR and has completed a Management Development Program from IIM Calcutta.
