He manages the R&D- Solar Cell department, with the focus on c-Si technology development and advancements, and coordinates closely with industrial partners worldwide. He is actively involved in the integration efforts, in scaling ISC-Lab process onto commercial manufacturing lines. His research specializes in cell device simulation, optimization of solar cells, and reducing metallization-induced energy losses.
