Kamini Mangal has 18 years of experience in policy advocacy, sustainability and energy across steel, renewables and green hydrogen. At Synergen Green Energy, she leads government relations and regulatory strategy for green hydrogen, green ammonia and green fuels, including roadmaps for markets such as Japan, South Korea, the EU and the USA.
She spent over 15 years with the JSW Group, moving from power and energy management to corporate sustainability and policy advocacy, where she led decarbonisation strategy and supported its renewable energy growth. She is a BEE-certified Energy Auditor.
