Mr. K. R. Jyothilal, IAS is a 1993-batch IAS officer of the Kerala cadre and currently serves as Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Kerala, with responsibilities covering Finance, Taxes, Public Procurement Advisory, Planning & Economic Affairs and the Rebuild Kerala Initiative. He holds a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA. Over his career, he has held senior positions in the Government of Kerala, including in General Administration and Transport.
