Mr. Jorge Sánchez Turel is an industrial engineer and MBA with more than a decade of experience in the renewable energy sector, following an early career in consulting. He has held senior sales and commercial leadership roles as well as strategic assignments, and is known for a business-owner mindset and a sharp focus on value creation in high-growth, turnaround and complex environments. Having lived in Spain, Turkey, Australia and Singapore, and worked across more than 20 markets from mature to emerging, he brings a truly global perspective. His track record includes leading over $2 billion in renewable energy transactions, building and managing multicultural teams, establishing a regional office and its operations, and carrying full P&L responsibility. At GE Vernova, he leads the growth of the Wind Services business across APAC, supporting an installed base of approximately 5,800 turbines in eight countries. His leadership is anchored in integrity, objectivity and teamwork.
