Jesper Badea Jensen

Jesper Badea Jensen has served since May 2025 as Head of Secretariat at the Center of Excellence for Offshore Wind and Renewable Energy, a joint India–Denmark initiative supporting offshore wind development in India. He previously worked at the Danish Energy Agency, leading strategic efforts in offshore wind and energy island projects. His experience includes major initiatives such as 6–10 GW offshore wind tenders, large-scale hybrid projects, and developments exceeding 15 GW capacity, including PtX and interconnectors. With a background in system analysis, he brings expertise in regulation, stakeholder engagement, and renewable integration, alongside global energy planning and a Master’s in Finance and International Business.
