Harsh Shah

Mr. Harsh Shah is the Managing Director of IndiGrid and Chairman of EnerGrid. A founding member of IndiGrid, he has been instrumental in transforming India’s first power-sector InvIT into a diversified energy infrastructure platform spanning transmission, solar and battery storage. He has previously held leadership roles at Sterlite Power, L&T Infrastructure Finance and Procter & Gamble.

A prominent voice in India’s energy and InvIT ecosystem, Mr. Shah is a member of SEBI’s Hybrid Securities Advisory Committee and the Electric Power Transmission Association (EPTA), and serves on the boards of the Bharat InvIT Association and APREA’s India Chapter. He holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Nirma Institute of Technology.
