Mechanical Engineering – B.E. (Gold Medalist), Post-Graduation in Mechanical Engineering from IIT-Roorkee and Doctorate in Energy Studies from IIT-Delhi.
As head of R&D at IndianOil, he spearheads R&D endeavors in Refining, catalyst, petrochemicals, hydrogen, gasification, CO2 capture, Solar Energy, Bioenergy, Batteries, lubricant technology etc.
Credited for commercialization of IOC’s innovative and world’s only indoor solar cooking system “Surya Nutan”.
Steered successful development of patented high performing Biogas Technology.
Over 50 patents grants and more than 60 publications in technical journals of repute.
Indian Green Building Council’s (IGBC’s) accredited “Green Building Professional”.
Chairman of IndianOil Adani Venture Biogas, JV Company.
