Bio
With over 14 years of experience, Disha Agarwal leads the Power Markets programme at CEEW. She is supporting India’s power sector transition through research and engagements aimed at accelerated renewable energy deployment and integration.
She has led technical support for central and state-level policy development, including Contracts-for-Difference pilot framework for market-based offtake of renewables, design of India's agriculture solarisation programme, enabling frameworks for wind energy deployment, Rajasthan’s power sector transition roadmap 2030 and draft Energy Policy 2050, and represents CEEW in national and sub-national policy forums.
