Mr. Dhruv Varma serves as APAC Lead for Chemours’ Liquid Cooling business, driving regional strategy, partnerships, and deployment of advanced cooling technologies for AI-driven and hyperscale data centers. With over a decade of experience in liquid cooling for data centers, Dhruv has played a pivotal role in accelerating global adoption, enabling sustainable and highperformance computing infrastructure.
Prior to Chemours, Dhruv was Vice President of Product Management at Green Revolution Cooling (GRC), a global leader in liquid immersion cooling systems for data centers. He also served as Vice President & General Manager for Asia-Pacific, where he spearheaded the sale and deployment of India’s first large-scale immersion-cooled data center for PhonePe in Navi Mumbai, in collaboration with Dell, Vertiv, and NTT. This landmark project set a benchmark for energy-efficient, high-density computing in the country.
Dhruv’s career spans engineering and business leadership, blending technical expertise with strategic execution. He holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Northern India Engineering College (GGSIPU), Delhi, and an MBA from Babson College, Massachusetts, USA.
