Dharini is currently COO and General Counsel of Prosperete, which provides growth capital solutions for climate-focused companies. She is on the advisory board of EQT’s India renewables platform and has been an advisor to sustainability and impact-focused funds and multi-lateral organizations on various aspects of climate and sustainable finance strategy and structuring. Previously, she spent over a decade at the International Finance Corporation (the World Bank Group) advising on execution of transactions, portfolio management, exits, workouts and strategic engagements across Asia. Dharini is a co-author of IFC’s report on Blended Finance for Climate Investments in India.
