Daniel Pardo Tovar is Global Lead for Floating Solar at DNV and a Principal Project Manager with more than 15 years of experience in renewable energy advisory and project development. He leads DNV's global floating solar practice, supporting developers, investors, utilities, technology providers and governments on FPV feasibility studies, owner's engineering, technical due diligence, technology assessment, and project bankability. Daniel?s lead practice role includes coordinating technical expertise, market development, and knowledge sharing across DNV’s regions. He is actively involved in advancing industry best practices and standards to support the safe and scalable deployment of floating solar technologies globally.
