Arshi Chadha

Arshi Chadha is a renewable energy entrepreneur and the founder of two bootstrapped climate companies. Through Bridgeway Power Services, she has deployed over 45 MW of distributed solar across eight states, spanning balcony, community and KUSUM solar projects that extend access to people who cannot put up solar of their own. Through Trillectric, she builds the digital infrastructure that works with utility grids to integrate and manage distributed energy resources, giving distribution utilities a single, live view of the solar, storage and EVs on their networks, now live across five utilities. A winner of Powerthon 2.0, ENTiCE 2.0 and an HPE innovation grant, she works at the intersection of technology, utilities and public policy.
