Anjan Kumar Mishra

Shri Anjan Kumar Mishra is a 1998-batch Indian Ordnance Factories Service officer with over 30 years of experience spanning public policy, administration, operations, finance and human resources. He has held positions across organisations under the Ministries of Defence, Statistics and Programme Implementation, and Youth Affairs and Sports. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from BIT Sindri and master's degrees from King's College London and Cranfield University, UK. As Secretary of PNGRB, he has been actively involved in advancing regulatory frameworks for hydrogen transportation, blending and infrastructure development.
