Mr. Ajai Tyagi is a senior energy-sector professional with 34 years of experience in the natural gas industry, spanning engineering, project management, operations and maintenance, quality and integrity management, business development, and corporate strategy.
An alumnus of NIT Kurukshetra, he graduated in 1990 and began his professional career with India Glycols Limited. He currently serves as Executive Director – Business Development & Corporate Strategy (BD & CS) and Head of Department at Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL).
His areas of focus include strategic business growth, identifying new business opportunities, stakeholder engagement, expansion of gas infrastructure, and development of sustainable energy solutions.
